Houston, Texas — SEC DECLARES S-1 EFFECTIVE
The Company announced that SEC had on August 8, 2013 declared the registration statement effective in respect of the US$3 million investment from Kodiak Capital Group. The Company’s President, Yi Lung Lin said that with the effective registration statement, GEEC is now in the position to penetrate into the Singapore market more effectively with the establishment of the ten retail chain stores thus giving the Company wider opportunity to distribute its enzyme range of products and to service the customer and GEEC Enzyme Club Members better. The President further said that Kodiak’s investment in the common stock of the Company is timely and acknowledges with confidence that enzyme, a new generation of dietary supplement will eventually lead the multi-million health supplements market around the world.

The Company announced that the President, Yi Lung Lin had on July 11, 2013 signed the Investment Agreement and Registration Rights Agreement with Kodiak Capital Group, LLC in respect of their investment of US$ 3 million in the businesses of the Company. Registration Statement for the investment is expected to file with the SEC soon. The President said that with the investment money, it will help the Company in its business plan to expand the product distribution in Asia by the establishment of GEEC Retail Chain Stores in Singapore.

The Company announced that the President, Yi Lung Lin had on July 8, 2013 wrote and notified Taiwan Cell Energy Enzyme Corp (TCEEC) that the Sole Distributorship Agreement (General Outlet-Human Consumption) and Private Placement dated October 11, 2010 has been terminated on the grounds governed under clauses 15.1.2, 15.2.4 and 15.2.5 thereof. A replacement is in progress.

Houston, USA — SRI LANKA - A CLOSER STEP TO START
The Company announced that the President, Yi Lung Lin had on June 26, 2013 led a five man delegation to Sri Lanka to make preparation for the business activities of the Company in Sri Lanka. The President said that the wholly owned subsidiary, GEEC Internet Sales (Pvt) Limited will have its name changed to Genufood Enzymes Lanka (Pvt) Limited with immediate effect. The Company has also replaced its auditors and Ernst & Young has been appointed to be the auditors of the Company for the ensuring year. The President further said that the Sri Lanka Ministry of Health has classified ProCellax E, ProCellax SP, ProCellax E2AF, ProCellax DG and ProCellax SNU as supplementary drugs according to the pharmaceutical references and therefore, product registration would commence once the Company's name is changed.

He expects to attend the Graduation Ceremony at Nottingham Trent University on July 16, 2013. Oliver's legal knowledge will certainly be beneficial to the Company, today and tomorrow.

Houston, USA — APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER
The Company announced that the Board has approved the appointment of Jiang Pei Wei as the Principal Accounting Officer with effect from June 7, 2013 thus she is entitled to hold the capacity as the Finance and Accounting Manager for the GEEC Group. The attorney has been instructed to do the necessary filing to give effect to this appointment. This appointment is also in line with the service agreement we had with Access Management Consulting and Marketing Pte Ltd, Singapore.

Pei Wei is a Singapore Permanent Resident and is a graduate from the Shanghai University of Finances and Economics. She is also a student member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA) and has just sat for her final paper this summer thus completing her study.
