April 19, 2018 – NEW YORK, New York – DarkPulse Technology Holdings Inc. (“DarkPulse” or the “Company”) announces that it has appointed John Avolio as its Program Director of Ultra High Sensitivity Sensor (UHSS) Programs. Mr. Avolio brings a wealth of experience and expertise working with both national and international companies developing business relationships and expanding new and existing business opportunities. He also brings many years of proven experience working with and on detection programs for academia, industry and governments. Many of his projects have been in the Defense and Homeland Security areas. Mr. Avolio and Dr. Tom Cellucci of DarkPulse are presently engaged in final negotiations with a Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory to plan to license patents to detect drugs like Fentanyl, nerve agents like Novichok, as well as trace explosives. Mr. Avolio will coordinate the development and commercialization of these UHSS patents at DarkPulse.

Mr. Avolio stated: “I am very pleased and excited to join DarkPulse in this capacity. I look forward to working with Dennis O’Leary and Tom Cellucci, as they strive to build a strong market presence based on patented technologies as applied to both existing and anticipated sizable markets.”

Dennis O’Leary, DarkPulse’s Chairman and co-CEO, commented: “John’s experience and expertise in trace sensor systems is planned to accelerate our entrance with new products and capabilities into burgeoning and existing markets requiring ultra-high sensitivity of trace chemicals, drugs and explosives. These anticipated products and capabilities represent the “Holy Grail” of trace detection desperately needed by governments and private sector organizations around the globe. These undertakings should not only be a major benefit to DarkPulse’s potential public company reverse merger—but complementary to our ambitious goal of creating a leadership position in sensing systems.”
